Celebrating Black culture by inviting attendees to meet their match across Revlon’s full line of foundation shades.
New Orleans’ Essence Fest is the largest annual U.S. celebration of Black culture which became the perfect stage to spotlight Revlon ColorStay’s inclusive shade range. Designed to connect with the community and honor the beauty of representation, the activation invited guests to discover their perfect match in an environment that felt warm, artful, and unapologetically confident.
A series of sculptural vignettes transformed the space into a living work of art. Monochromatic props were meticulously color-matched to Revlon’s full foundation lineup. Each scene celebrated tone and texture, bringing the depth of the brand’s shade range to life through a tactile, photo-worthy experience.
At the center, a foundation sampling station gave guests the chance to test and discover their shade, guided by brand ambassadors and special guest Shalom Blac, Nigerian-born influencer and burn survivor. Her presence amplified the message of self-expression and confidence, driving powerful connections both in person and online.
Revlon’s booth quickly became one of the most visited at Essence Fest, generating over 1.25 million impressions across just six hours through attendance and social engagement.
